A young man ran after Jesus wearing nothing but a linen cloth. They seized him, but he left the cloth in their hands and ran away naked. |

A snarling mob led by the priests comes to arrest and kill.
Says Judas, Seize the one I kiss, we'll seize, we'll hold, we will!
Their swords are loosed, and blood is shed, then we hear Jesus say:
What crime have I committed that you come for me this way?
I taught among you openly; and secrets I had none.
In temple I taught that the kingdom comes for every one.
Now comes the hour that darkness reigns!= The mob then had their way.
So Peter, James, and John, and all the others ran away.
